Requirements:
2+ years of previous work experience
Previous recruitment experience is desirable
University degree or equivalent professional experience
Passion for working with people and helping them make career changes
Fluent written and spoken English
Other European languages are desirable
Job description:
Searching for candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards and Databases
Headhunting profiles and building a network for key positions
Coaching candidates for interviews and presenting profiles to clients
Liaising with clients and providing account management
Prospecting new clients and servicing them
