Requirements:
- 2+ years of previous work experience
- Previous recruitment experience is desirable
- University degree or equivalent professional experience
- Passion for working with people and helping them make career changes
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Other European languages are desirable
Job description:
- Searching for candidates using LinkedIn, Job boards and Databases
- Headhunting profiles and building a network for key positions
- Coaching candidates for interviews and presenting profiles to clients
- Liaising with clients and providing account management
- Prospecting new clients and servicing them
