• Level: Junior (2+ years ServiceNow)

​Job description

Candidates will provide support for ServiceNow integrations. Candidate must have experience with implementations, and understand how integrations are conducted.

Must have knowledge of core ITIL processes such as incident, request change, problem, configuration and asset, service catalog (service portal), knowledge management in transition mode and/or operations.

​Skills/Requirements

• ITIL v3 Foundation certificate or higher (if not holder yet candidate needs to get it within 3 months after start)
• ServiceNow Fundamentals certificate (Madrid release delta updated)
• CIS ITSM certificate (Madrid release delta updated)
• Familiar with integration concepts like SOAP, rest, MID server
• Agile / Scrum hands-on is a plus
• Other product line (HR, ITOM, PPM) is a plus
