Are you a Cloud Backend Developer with 2+ years of experience? We are looking for Cloud Native Backend Developers to join a Digital Transformation team in Belgium. We operate a hybrid workplace.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience as a backend developer
• Experience with development of cloud native applications (e.g. AWS Lambda, GCP Functions, Azure)
• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Java (Spring MVC), NodeJS, Adobe Experience Manager
• Experience with the Agile Methodology 
• Experience with delivery of web and/or mobile projects
• Languages: English (fluent), French or Dutch (desirable) 

Job description:

• You will work as a Cloud native backend developer in our cross-functional teams, while working in agile software development cycles
• You are responsible for the successful delivery of new product releases, as well as supporting these live solutions towards the end-users
• You train junior developers, helping them grow their expertise
• You work closely together with our (technical) analysts to ensure clear and thorough specifications for user stories
• You leverage your communication expertise to report on the team’s activities, providing transparency and confidence to stakeholders on the progress of analysis, development, testing and any risks & issues that arise
• You log risks & issues as they arise, escalating to the leadership team if needed
• You work with other developers and the Technology Guild to define best practices and to continuously refresh and optimize our ways-of-working
