Do you have 7+ years of experience in Financial processes and performance? Do you have experience in Consulting  within a firm or externally? We are currently looking for a consultant to join our fast growing team in Belgium. Hybrid work is possible. 

Requirements: 

• 7+ years of experience in a consulting firm or a blend of consulting and Financial Services industry experience
• Expertise in Finance organisation, controlling activities, processes, operating models and knowledge in tools for Finance (e.g. SAP, Hyperion, Tagetik…)
• Knowledge of the Belgian Financial Services market, experience in Banking or Insurance and understanding of the key challenges to address
• Experience in business development
• Other: Great communication skills, excellent people management, development skills, ability to lead and direct large and cross-functional projects
• Language(s): English (fluent), French (desirable), Dutch (desirable)

Job description:

• As a Finance Services Industry Senior Manager you will apply your experiences in finance and industry foresight to lead conversations on critical client issues with CFOs and business leaders
• You will support our client in a wide range of various projects in the Financial Services industry from strategy definition to implementation
• You will play an active role in business development activities in order to grow our Financial Services industry offering
