Requirements:

• 3+ years work experience in leading and managing projects in Agile environments
• Professional certification: Scrum Master, PMI or PMP certificate(s)
• Good knowledge of ITSM according to ITIL certifications
• Experience with ServiceNow or low-code platforms is a plus
• Some experience in Technical Sales is a plus 
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in experience
• Soft Skills: Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to maintain customer relationships on a high level.
• Willing to travel to and work in our offices in the Netherlands or Belgium, if required
• Languages: German (fluent), English (fluent)

Job Description:

• As a Project Manager, you’re responsible for end-to-end completion of ServiceNow implementation projects including continuous improvement. As you have final project responsibility, it’s your job to deliver high-quality projects on time and budget. In this position, you’ll manage the entire lifecycle of one or more implementation projects at a time.
• Project planning lead; manage project expectations from beginning to end
• Identify upsell opportunities and engage sales & pre-sales teams
• Coach and transfer knowledge to project team members and customers
• Responsible for project team members going the extra (s)mile for customers
• Responsible for customer satisfaction throughout the implementation cycle
• Risk, resource, budget reporting management
