Are you an SAP consultant with 5+ years of experience? We are looking for Consultants to join an SAP Transformation team in Belgium. Local languages are preferable. We operate a hybrid workplace.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of project experience in SAP or another ERP like Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite or Oracle Cloud
• Experience with SAP S/4HANA Cloud or SAP Finance (FI/CO)
• Solid knowledge of ERP and improving the business processes of companies
• Certificate in Program/Project management methodology (PRINCE2, PMI, Scrum.);
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent by experience
• Languages: English (Fluent); Dutch (Fluent or willing to learn); French is an asset

Job Description: 

• As part of the SAP S/4HANA Cloud Transformation team, you are responsible to help our regional clients with their SAP S/4HANA Cloud transformation journey. 
• Tasks include (agile) project management, tool selection & recommendation, implementation, business development & eminence.
• Play an important role in increasing internal and external awareness about the SAP S/4HANA Cloud solution and our expertise.
• Work on business development activities
• Coach junior team members and working with well-known Belgian SME’s (with an international exposure)
• Negotiate within a context of high political sensitivity and conflicting interests;
• Project management processes including planning tasks, resource allocation, risk management, time management, financial management, HR management, quality management, monitoring and reporting, documentation and record keeping;
• Evaluates strategic options and alternatives for delivering or offering services in a more efficient or cost effective manner;
• Builds customer relationships with the clear expectation to deliver follow-on business or identify opportunities within an account;
• Proactively manage all contract terms, including changes in work scope, timeline, and obligations and ensure appropriate planning measures are taken with internal and external stakeholders to formalize and administer contract changes;
• Manage the financial aspects of the project: budgeting and estimate to actual variance;
• Analyze risk, establish contingency plans and identify trigger events and responsibilities for initiating mitigating action;
