Are you a Service Manager with 5+ years of experience? We are looking for a Service Manager for a contract opportunity in Belgium. Remote work is possible during Covid. 

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in service management and application operations
• Experience interacting with software development, devOps, agile/scrum
• Knowledge of middleware components, especially integration/messaging related 
• Experience with intake & follow-up of new technologies within operations and converting them into a working model
• Languages: Dutch and English mandatory 

Job description:

• Organising day-to-day operations within domain (deployment team, middleware team)
• Delivery of high-quality components and documentation
• Be the point of contact for technical teams
• Team management
• Secure shape-build-run flow within RUN (collect estimates)
• Middleware lifecycle management (updates, upgrades)
• Handling and following up on escalations
• Follow-up & coordination internal projects / changes
• Support with onboarding to P2 operations (run-book, troubleshooting guide, documentation) including specific processes and monitoring
