Requirements:

• 1+ years of ServiceNow experience
• Knowledge of ServiceNow modules 
• Experience in one or more of the following: Front-End Development, Back-End Development, Project Management, Business Process Consultancy, GRC, Solution or Technical Architecture, etc.
• Desirable: ServiceNow certificates or willingness to obtain
• Languages: English (Mandatory) 

Job description:

• Guide customers in the implementation of the ServiceNow platform with a focus in realizing the most possible value out of it.
• Translating the customer needs into requirements and document them in user stories that can be worked on by the development team.
• Tailoring the ServiceNow value proposition to prospects based on in-depth research of specific business conditions and drivers.
• Develop and implement applications and integrations from inception to completion, tailored to the customer requirements.
• Develop workflows and scripts to personalize existing applications and automate and improve processes.
• Understand detailed requirements and own your code from design, implementation, test automation and delivery of high-quality solutions to our customers.
• Design quality features and think about how the applications and solutions will evolve in the future.
• Solving complex problems in a highly dynamic and agile environment.
• Having a strong focus on code quality and reusability.
