Are you a DevOps engineer with more than 2 years of ServiceNow experience? We are looking for a ServiceNow Managed DevOps Engineer for one of our clients in Utrecht, Netherlands.

Requirements:

• 2+ years experience working in ServiceNow platform
• Experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, GitLab and Jenkins
• Experience with design, usability, cross-browser compatibility concerns
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Experience with JavaScript, HTML5, CSS and responsive or adaptive design (preferred, but not mandatory)
• Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related field
• Languages: English is mandatory, Dutch is a plus 

Preferred Certifications: 

• ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist for ITSM (CIS-ITSM)
• ServiceNow Pre-Sales Accreditations in all product lines
• Agile Certification
• ITIL v3 Foundation

• Generate ideas for improvements based on incoming calls and client experiences.
• Collaborate with other developers to help drive design, development, and testing effort.
• The engineer will interpret calls and requirements and you want to take ownership of key tasks.
• The engineer will create clever, reusable solutions for new problems and create enthusiasm for continuous improvements.
• Work with your team to handle most calls and requests for enhancements from our customers, in collaboration with our specialists.
• Maintain excellent working relations with our customers.
